Know Your Worth
How do you like them apples??? A little facelift as the team grows…I told you big things were coming…
With the work front really starting to pick up out there our PSA this week is pretty clear, know your damn worth! As breadstick himself stated, passing by a Burger King every morning advertising higher rates than what your putting in 12 hr days for with a 2 hr round trip community isn’t worth a damn. There’s a lot of work out there right now… so know your skills, know your worth. (But be realistic; experience actually means something in the trades). Don’t jump on the first opportunity that comes across, do some homework on the company and what the job entails, then factor in everything it requires from you. Sweat, time, stress level… it's all worth something.
