Being a working hand isn’t an easy life. Not many understand what we go through on and off the jobsite and most never will. Last week I opened the line to Captain about getting started in Blue Collar, some reached out, some went dark. So after thinking, this isn't just about getting started … it’s about making the most of the hand you're dealt.
