CRAZY WEEK
Wow, this week escalated pretty quickly I'd say. Taliban + Covid = nothing less than a shitshow out there. Luckily us working hands keep busy during the day and stay away from the news-hungry cube monkeys. There’s some type of insane irony here that we’ve been arguing like school girls over wearing masking and then all of a sudden we’ve got world war z actually happening and instead of rants from Karen trending we’ve got people falling out of the sky. WTF.
So here's my take, politics have become a media war and we aren't winning anytime soon. Instead, be thankful for every chance you get for where we live and the opportunities we have. Listen, life isn't easy for working hands by any means, but at least we aren't hanging on to C-17 screaming some gargled mess as the doors are about to close after you’ve left your family in a soon to be pit of hell. So maybe this week when it's hot as hell, you're working the weekend, and you just realized you ate your lunch for breakfast, look up at that flag on the job-site and be thankful for everything that we do have.
